Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Job Seekers, Employers, Publishers and other users who access or use the Move In-House Web Site ("the Site"), or otherwise indicate their acceptance to this Agreement.
Please read this page carefully. It contains the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") governing your access to and use of the Move In-House Web Site and the Services provided by Move In-House. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions or you do not meet or comply with their provisions, you may not use the Move In-House Web Site or Services.
These Terms and Conditions (as they may be amended from time to time by Move In-House), form a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Move In-House. Your access to or use of the Move In-House Web Site or Services indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are agreeing to use the Site at your own risk.
The Site is intended for individuals seeking employment. You may use this Site only for lawful purposes. Move In-House is the sole interpreter of the Site’s intended and acceptable use. Your use of the Site is a privilege. Move In-House reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion.
If you are a Job Seeker, any resume or application information that you submit through the Site is subject to this Agreement and to Move In-House’s Privacy Policy. Move In-House may make available certain job listings and other job-related contents, including links to third-party websites (such listings and other contents, through Move In-House’s search results or otherwise through the Site). Move In-House does not have any obligation to screen any Job Listing, or to include any Job Listing in its search results or other listings, and may exclude or remove any Job Listing from the Site for any or no reason. We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness or any Job Listing or other information. Move In-House assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listing.
Your Contact Information
Our site's registration form requires you to enter contact information (such as your name and email address). We will not disclose any of your personal information to any outside parties.
Job Visits
We track number of times jobs posted on our site are displayed, but only in the aggregate. We do not track which individual users display a particular job.
IP Address
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers, and to administer our Web site. We will not track any other information regarding your IP address.
Changing or Deleting Information
You may change any of your contact or personal information at anytime. You may also use the Your Account option to delete your registration information including your contact and personal information. You are always welcome to re-register with us at a later date.
Limitation of Liability
The Move In-House Site acts as, among other things, a platform for candidates to search for, and evaluate job opportunities. Move In-House does not screen or censor the job listings, including profiles offered. Move In-House serves as a resource for and a facilitator between candidate and client, but is not involved in, and does not control, the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, Move In-House is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the jobs, the truth or accuracy of the job listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates. While Move In-House reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove user content, job postings, or other material from the Move In-House Site from time to time, Move In-House does not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action. In the event that you have a dispute, you release Move In-House (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Move In-House Site and the Move In-House Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Move In-House makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any Move In-House Site or the Move In-House Content. The use of all Move In-House Site and the Move In-House Content is at Your own risk.
If You are a California resident, You waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor."
Membership, Payment, & Fees
Your subscription to Move In-House automatically renews until cancelled. When you subscribe to Move In-House and provide a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method the subscription fee, along with any other taxes or transaction fees which may apply to your membership of Move In-House. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted credit card. Your Payment Method will automatically be charged at the start of your subscription (or following any applicable Promotional Period) and on an on-going basis the day immediately following the end of prior subscription billing period unless you cancel your subscription, or Move In-House is suspended or terminated. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee for Move In-House membership at any time following notice to you (either through Move In-House or by sending an email to the address you have registered for your account). If you do not wish to accept a change to the subscription fee, you may cancel your subscription as described below. If there are any discrepancies in billing, you hereby waive your right to dispute such discrepancies if you do not notify Move In-House within sixty (60) days after they first appear on an account statement. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INTERNET ACCESS CHARGES. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER FOR INFORMATION ON POSSIBLE INTERNET DATA USAGE CHARGES.
Billing Cycle
The membership fee for the Move In-House membership and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page.
No Refunds
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. As described further below, even if you cancel your subscription to Move In-House before the end of your active subscription period, as applicable, you will not receive a refund for any portion of the Fees for the remainder of that subscription period. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. In rare circumstances, we may provide a credit, refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers (“Credits”). The amount and form of such Credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole discretion. The provision of Credits in one instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide Credits in the future, under any circumstance.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription to Move In-House at any time. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will have continued access to Move In-House for the remainder of your paid subscription period, but YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY FEES PAID. You must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid paying the subscription fees for the next subscription period. FOR THREE (3) MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS, MOVE IN-HOUSE US WILL NOTIFY YOU AT SEVEN (7) DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE DATE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. ONE (1) MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL CANCELLED. NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT. You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law, cancellation of your subscription is your sole recourse if you have any dissatisfaction, issue or concern related to Move In-House, its content or features, including Fees, applicable taxes, or billing methods; the selection of content available to you through Move In-House; the Terms, or any changes thereto; or any other policies or practices that apply to Move In-House.
Disclaimer of Consequential Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOVE IN-HOUSE, ITS SUPPLIERS, OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON ANY MOVE IN-HOUSE SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA, LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY MOVE IN-HOUSE SITE AND THE MOVE IN-HOUSE CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT MOVE IN-HOUSE IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Move In-House Sites might contain links to third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Move In-House of the contents on such third-party Web sites. Move In-House is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites. If You decide to access linked third-party Web sites, You do so at Your own risk.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Move In-House, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any Move In-House Site, (ii) Your use of any Move In-House Content, or (iii) Your breach of these Terms. Move In-House shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
Additional Terms
Certain areas of the Move In-House Sites are subject to additional Terms. By using such areas, or any part thereof, You agree to be bound by the additional Terms applicable to such areas. By using any areas of this website or the other Move In-House Sites that contain Google Maps, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Terms of Use available at http://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps.html and the legal notices available at http://www.maps.google.com/help/legalnotices_maps.html as they may be updated from time to time.
Other Specific Rules Regarding Site Usage
You represent, warrant and agree that you (a) are at least 13 years of age or older, and if under the age of 18 or the age of majority as that is defined in your jurisdiction, you will only use the Site and Services under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult; and (b) will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the Sites for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Sites complies with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
Conduct Rules
Protect your password. Your Move In-House account and any related Services accessed through such account are to be accessed and used solely by you. Upon your successful registration for a Move In-House account, you will be provided with a unique password that will permit you to access the account. You may not provide your password or otherwise permit access to your Move In-House account to any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You agree to protect and keep your password confidential, to change your password on a regular basis, and to maintain appropriate and regularly updated malware scanning and cleaning tools on your network and individual computer(s).You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you. If others use your password to post inappropriate material on the Sites, you risk losing your access to the Sites. You agree to notify Move In-House immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.
If at any time Move In-House comes to the understanding that you: (i) misled Move In-House regarding your business practices and/or services, or (ii) purchased services that do not represent your precise business, Move In-House reserves the right to terminate your Agreement.
Site Rules
You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Site by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Move In-House, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate, written agreement with Move In-House. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Site).
Registration; Contact Information
Some areas of the Site, including areas that may permit you to set up a Move In-House account, require you to register or provide an email address. If you so register, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address) and (b) be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and not transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. Move In-House is not responsible and disclaims all liability if your email is used improperly or falsely by a third party. You agree that Move In-House may, as part of its services to you, communicate with you through your Move In-House account or through other means such as email, telephone (including mobile phone), or postal mail, including through the use of contact information that you may provide to Move In-House otherwise obtain from third-party sources.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Move In-House disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability or availability of information or material displayed in or linked from the Move In-House search results (including Jobs Listings) or otherwise made available on the Site by Move In-House. Move In-House disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material (including User Content). Move In-House disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Site or on other sites or services on the Internet accessed through the Site. Under no circumstances shall Move In-House be liable to you or any third party on account of your use or misuse of or reliance on the Site.
THE SITE, AND ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, ADVICE, JOB LISTINGS, USER CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOVE IN-HOUSE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. MOVE IN-HOUSE DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, AND ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, ADVICE, JOB LISTINGS, USER CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SITE. MOVE IN-HOUSE DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES FOR SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE SITE OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS MADE AVAILABLE BY MOVE IN-HOUSE.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN MATERIAL OR DATA THROUGH THE USE OF THE SITE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM DOWNLOADING OR OBTAINING ANY SUCH MATERIAL OR DATA.
Class Action Waiver
By using the Site and in return for the services offered by Move In-House, you acknowledge that Move In-House can only offer you these services under the terms and conditions as presented herein. As partial consideration for your use of the Site and these services, you (either an Employer or Job Seeker) agree not to sue Move In-House as a class plaintiff or class representative, join as a class member, or participate as an adverse party in any way in a class-action lawsuit against Move In-House regarding your use of the Site. Additionally, as a Job Seeker, your use of the Site costs a subscription fee and you acknowledge that part of the price you are paying to use this Site is your acceptance of these terms of service including this Class Action Waiver. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not continue your use of the Site. Nothing in this paragraph, however, limits your rights to bring a lawsuit as an individual plaintiff, including in small claims court.
